Once we receive the go ahead and have approval to proceed we can usually repair the machine within one working day. There is a small evaluation fee for this service but this goes against any additional costs incurred if you opt to proceed with the recommended work. We carry a broad range and cross section of parts and have most suppliers within 24 hour delivery. There may however be some limited cases when the parts may need to come from the US or ASIA and this can typically take 2-3 days additional days.
Our pricing structure is very open and clear and no work whatsoever is carried out with additional charges without fully explaining and clearing it first with the customer. We always look for the most cost effective solution and aim to provide an optimally priced solution. We have specialist services to quickly identify the fault and have world-wide access to spare parts. All machines are thoroughly final tested and burned in to iron out any other different bugs before releasing them following the repair.
